IDDSI Academy Training

The IDDSI Academy is the official training and education centre of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative to provide and administer dedicated education about the IDDSI Framework, Detailed Definitions and Testing Methods.

The goal of the IDDSI Academy is to guide all IDDSI users to use the IDDSI Framework, IDDSI Detailed Definitions and the IDDSI Testing Methods in a correct and consistent way to improve safety through the use of standardized terminology and descriptors for dysphagia diets that would meet the needs of individuals with dysphagia across the age span, across all care setting and across all cultures.
